You are correct. I have a CTO partner I onboarded 6 months into the fund who’s been vesting some ownership.
I also have an external support team helping us so we can focus on product rather than support.

Cool. On a separate note, how do you get customers to reply to you for product feedback, etc... We are struggling with this one a lot.
We use live chat software to reach then halfway by triggering messaging flows based on behaviour.
Most feedback is inbound from folks simply reaching out. PLG
